WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO HIRE A VAN?
In order to hire a van, you will need a UK or EU driving licence with a minimum of two years driving experience.You will also need proof of your address dated within the last 3 months. Lastly you must provide your credit or debit card in order to pay your deposit.
HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO HIRE A VAN?
Under our van hire policy you must be a minimum age of 25 and a maximum age of 68 to hire a van from us.
WHAT SIZED VANS CAN I DRIVE?
With a standard UK or EU driving licence, you are able to drive vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes in size. This covers every van in our fleet.
CAN I HIRE A VAN IF I HAVE POINTS ON MY LICENCE?
You must have no more than six penalty points on your driving licence to be able to hire a van from us.
WHAT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED?
You will need to pay an initial deposit of £200 to hire a van from us, which will be refunded upon return of the van.
HOW CAN I EXTEND MY VAN HIRE?
Simply contact us to request an extension of your hire period. We will inform you of the availability of our vans and the additional costs involved.
WHAT IF I RETURN A VAN LATE?
You will be liable to pay additional fees depending on how late you return your van. Returns 1-2 hours late are subject to a £25 additional charge. Any return over two hours late will be subject to an additional day’s charge.
WHAT IF I BREAK DOWN?
All of our vans have nationwide breakdown cover.
DO I NEED TO REFUEL MY VAN?
All vans must be returned to us with the same amount of fuel as they were provided to you with. Additional charges will apply if vans are returned with less fuel.
HOW DO I DROP OFF MY VAN?
You can return your van 24 hours a day, with car parking spaces allocated and a drop off box so that you can hand back the keys to us.
